      A lot of people think headache/migraine/cluster is a matter of intensity of pain. I say no. There very well may be 'simple headache' that hurts as much as any migraine. If it is true that migraine is designated by neurogenic inflammation from dilation.. NOT pain level, a lot of people may have severe headache and think they have migraine.   I remember just how angry Heal Your Headache: The Approach for Taking Charge of Your Pain makes me by the impassioned responses I get whenever I mention the book.
